I love it when someone shares their practical solution to existing problem even if that solution might be difficult to swallow for some people. Time-based estimation does work in actual project that implements Agile. On top of that, it is way simpler than using any other metrics that measures complexity. That being said, I also chose what's most suitable for my team even if it means going with no estimates.
