These are sound advices, but for me, I would put number 6 and 7 together and mix it with number 1 and then put them on top of my list. Scrum is just another method to be agile. There are plenty of other methods to use and might be more effective than Scrum in certain situations. Agile itself is just another way to produce quality results. Waterfall or a hybrid of both agile and waterfall might be more effective than agile in certain conditions. After all, it's about finding a better way of work, right? 🙂
